Talli ("the app") helps BC residents view their BC Self-Serve benefits data — payments, messages, and application status — without navigating the government portal directly.
Your BC Self-Serve login credentials are used only to establish a session with the government's official myselfserve.gov.bc.ca system on your behalf. Credentials are encrypted and stored solely to maintain your signed-in session; we do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising.
Payment amounts, report filing status, and application timeline data fetched from your BC Self-Serve account are cached so the app loads instantly and works offline. This data is private to your account and stored via Vercel Blob storage with per-user isolation.
Talli communicates directly with myselfserve.gov.bc.ca (the BC Government's official portal) to retrieve your benefits data. No data is shared with advertisers or analytics trackers.
You can request deletion of all stored data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
